What is a Home Inspection?
Visual Inspection
A home inspection is a limited visual inspection of the structure of the home and the operable systems. At Tamarack Home Inspections we follow the Nevada state standards of practice.
Plumbing & Appliances
The plumbing portion of the home inspection is limited by what is visible and accessible at the time of the inspection. We test all fixtures and check for leaks. We also test fixed kitchen appliances.
Roof & Exterior
From the materials used, to the condition of those materials, we will document the condition of the roof and exterior. If we cannot walk the roof, we use a drone to capture the state of the roof.
Electrical System
Nothing is more useful and at the same time more dangerous than the electrical system in a home. We inspect the panels, fixtures, and safety devices installed in the home.
